Congratulations to Mahopac High School junior Kevin Joseph Behrendt on being named a Rensselaer Medalist! One of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s premier merit scholarships and valued at $40,000 per year, the Rensselaer Medal is guaranteed for up to four years for each Medalist who applies, is accepted and chooses to enroll at RPI.
Kevin was nominated by the MHS Counseling Department for this prestigious honor, awarded to promising secondary school students who have distinguished themselves in math and science.
