Students in Ann Lyons and Sean Mohammad's classes have been preparing watercolor cards to be sent to our nation's troops serving across the world in combination with the "United For the Troops" donations. The project will offer our troops a small comfort from home while also providing students with a new perspective on what it means to serve so far from home.
"A lot of these cards are going to land in the hands of people who haven't been home in a long time," said Mohammad. "We're trying to give them something that reminds them of home, holidays, and family."
